First there was a planned visit to family in Canada and the U,.S. That got combined with a speaking and fundraising tour for Momentum. With a wedding right after Sukkot of the son of dear friends, and the growing restrictions upon returning to Israel with quarantine– it all may mean that we may be in North America much longer than we thought.
Many of you may be experiencing the same thing– plans and flights that get changed and rescheduled as the Covid world still waxes and wanes.
The word of our times is flexibility.
When the Jewish people were in the desert, they were surrounded by the Clouds of Glory, a heavenly protection that shielded them from their enemies. How did they know when to move and where to go? Follow the clouds– when they moved, the Jewish people moved. Today with borders opening and closing, restrictions and regulations changing, we must not look left or right, but up. Be open to change and follow the “HP”– the Higher Power.
And, as they say, home is where the heart is.
Within minutes, women who were strangers became someone you know in your soul you’ve always known.
