At Momentum, our top priority is ensuring the well-being of all of our participants and trip staff. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic closely by consulting with Israel’s Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization, and other Jewish/Israel trip organizers and agencies. With this in mind, we want to update you on your upcoming November Momentum Trip.
Out of an abundance of caution, the Momentum Board of Directors has decided to postpone all October and November 2020 Momentum Trips. We announce this postponement with a heavy heart but in anticipation of coming together in Israel soon.
As mothers, you have enormous responsibilities — to yourselves, your families, your careers, and your communities. Our responsibility is to the hundreds of Momentum participants and staff coming from around the world, which is why we are being more vigilant than ever.
Join Us in Solidarity With Israel
Make Israel your first travel destination through our unique Momentum experience! Although our October and November Momentum Trips have been postponed, we are excited to share that we will be running a special trip in show of solidarity to Israel in December — open to anyone comfortable with international travel (as long as Israel continues to allow international visitors). Stay tuned for more details or email Sara Modi for more information.

A Message from Lori
Lastly, we want to leave you with an uplifting message from Momentum Founding Director Lori Palatnik:
“Judaism teaches that it was in the merit of Jewish women that we were redeemed from Egypt. We did not give up then, and we will not give up now. Today, we are holding our families together knowing that there is not only light at the end of this tunnel, but also that our homes can now be filled with light. We will emerge from this as better people, committed to building a better world. Be strong. Be the light.”
We are thinking of you, your families, and our communities throughout the world. We pray for a refuah shlemah (complete recovery) for all of those affected by the pandemic. May God bless all of us with good and lasting health.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@MomentumUnlimited.org.
Sincerely,
The Momentum Team
