Momentum, a nonprofit organization based in Rockville, Maryland, was established in 2009 to empower women to change the world through Jewish values that transform ourselves, our families, and our communities. An extremely dedicated, hands-on, entrepreneurial group of professionals and lay leaders have built the organization from the ground up – turning a dream into the worldwide movement it is today.
The Associate Director of Partnerships, Asia & Europe, is a senior leader responsible for driving Momentum’s strategic growth across Europe and key global markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution, shaping how Momentum expands its reach while deepening its impact.
Reporting to the Global Director of Development, the Senior Development Director is responsible for creating and developing strategies for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, with a special focus on significant philanthropic gifts of $100,000 and over.
The Foundation Strategy & Engagement Director will be responsible for ensuring high-level engagement with our current foundation contributors to continue and grow their support, while working to identify, cultivate and solicit new foundation partners.
The Development Analytics & Research Associate Director plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s fundraising strategy through data, research, and systems optimization. This role supports campaign forecasting and pacing, delivers data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and enhances pipeline development.
