A lot of people headed “home” for the holidays, and one group, in particular, is getting a lot of our attention. Momentum Trip Leader, the fabulous Ruchi Koval, is here with her husband and five families from Cleveland on a family mission to Israel. What is special about these five families? All the women have been on MOMentum and their husbands on MoMENtum! And now they are back with their children.
Judaism and Israel have become a family affair, and it all started with women.
The Kovals head up one of over 200 Momentum partnering organizations worldwide. Their organization, based in Cleveland, is called JFX: The Jewish Family Experience. They have a super popular Sunday school for kids, and while they are engaged, their parents also learn with adult members of the community through the local Partners In Torah.
It gives us great pleasure to see our partnering organizations flourish, lifting communities across the globe.
Welcome back to Israel, it is good to see you, and your children, home.
At Driving to Greatness, the MoMENtum Men’s Retreat in Orlando, Florida, we got real about our lives and our potential – and put ourselves in the driver’s seat. With educators Charlie Harary, Ari Shabat, and Harry Rothenberg as our guides, we tackled how to handle failures and setbacks, bounce back, and succeed the way we want to.
After over two years of being super careful, my husband and I finally got Covid. I will count our blessings this week, as there is much to be grateful for.
