The Process of change is hard. Sometimes we end up chasing things that don’t really line up with our values. We first must align our minds with our souls. It’s not a question of “if we can”, it’s “if we desire”. We have to be honest and develop a pathway of awareness to our authentic selves. That is when the real process of change begins.
In order for us to overcome our challenges we have to be different people.
A little white lie. A last-minute change of plans. A promise you might not be able to keep. These things don’t really matter, right?
We need to shift our mindset and realize that the new action in itself is what truly matters.
No matter how old we get, we must never stop practicing. When we practice consistently, it makes all the difference.
Though life may feel isolating, we never suffer alone.
How can we get in touch with our own sense of dignity?
How can we achieve moments of greatness?
