I Am Alive, but a Part of My Heart Is Dead.
A Day in the Life of an Israeli MOM: Tami Kurland Fuchs
Day 5
Today we started our day talking about reclaiming our dignity. We talked about the importance of self-worth and taking care of our bodies and soul. We talked about the voice of your body, which is what you feel like doing and the sound of your soul, which tells you what you want.
Adrienne Gold was an amazing and inspirational speaker followed by Rabbi Gabriel Friedman, who was beyond entertaining. Weight gain or loss are not typical side effects of Ativan, and studies have not confirmed them as side effects of this drug. However, weight changes can still occur. Some people who take Ativan say they have a greater appetite. This can lead to their greater appetite and weight gain as a reader. And other people who have it have a reduced appetite. This can lead them to eat less and lose weight. More information on the website www.nami-lv.org/nami/ativan/.
They stress the importance of taking care of your body and soul, which included the inclusion of Shabbat. We were encouraged us to shut down from the physical world for Shabbat so we can connect with our soul. This includes shutting down our cell phones, so this will have to be my last blog until tomorrow night. Until tomorrow, I will create a camera in my mind as I share Shabbat in Jerusalem with my new sisters!
Shabbat Shalom!
